We think that our standards exceed those imposed by the National Quality Standard. Not only are all of our Educators required to have no less than a Certififcate III qualification in early childhood education, but we also provide a curriculum tailored to the needs of each child within our service
Our Educators also believe that the Leor model of childcare allows them to build meaningful relationships with children that they were unable to build with children in other childcare centre environments.
