One of the great things about being with Leor, is the flexibility. We offer full time and part time roles on both permanent and contract terms and personally work with you to find hours that fit your lifestyle. Which means you can focus on working well, and balancing home-life. Just tell us when you want to work, how many hours and how often and we then match you directly with families that suit your schedule. This flexible approach also means you can switch from full-time to part-time over key periods (such as holidays) should you need it.
Working with families every day, we know how important they are. Which is why at Leor yours come first. We offer every permanent staff member up to 12 weeks’ paid parental leave, and pro rata for part time staff.
We want you to enjoy the time with your newest family member and come back to work refreshed, knowing that you are a valued member of the Leor team.
The great thing about working with a national company, is that your opportunities don’t have to stop where you’re living right now.
From Katherine to Melbourne, from Queanbeyan to Perth, Leor operates across Australia in regional, remote and metro areas. So if you feel like a sea change, tree change, or just a change of city – you don’t have to leave us. We will try and find you work wherever you go. Once you become a valued member of our Leor team, we’re here to support you.
Becoming the best, often means learning from the best. Be guided by experienced Directors, ECTs and other professionals who can help you achieve your dreams. All staff are invited to participate in our annual Career Growth Program, that allows you to be trained by experienced professionals, so you can continue to grow and acquire new skills. In your day-to-day work, you will gain access to learning programs, peer support, guidance from your Lead Educator, and other Educators who are working with other families.
